If the volume on your ONN TV is too low, making it difficult to hear, the most likely reasons are:
- Issues with Dolby Digital Settings.
- Incorrect HDMI CEC Settings.
- TV encountered a temporary system glitch.
- The speaker might be faulty.
However, the first thing you need to do is plug a new speaker into the TV and check if the sound is working now.
If the sound is working, the TV’s internal speaker is faulty. If not, proceed with the following steps:
- Perform an HDMI reset: Disconnect the TV from the power outlet and all HDMI connected devices. Wait for 5 minutes. During this time, press and hold the TV’s power button for about 30 seconds. Once done, power the TV back on.
